Stigmella latifasciella is a moth of the Nepticulidae family. It is found in Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Virginia, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, Florida, Ontario and British Columbia.
There are probably three generations per year in most of its range.
The larvae feed on Quercus species, including Quercus rubra. They mine the leaves of their host plant.
